Easy Smoothie Bowl Packed with Protein

Good morning, beauties!

I’m starting my Saturday off slow after an action-packed holiday and first week back to work. I’m on my second cup of coffee and enjoying this creamy, protein-packed smoothie bowl. Check out the recipe below:

Shake:
-Two scoops of protein powder (I use Isagenix dutch chocolate)
-10 oz cold water
-1/2 frozen banana
-Handful of ice
-Blend until smooth

Toppings:
-Chopped almonds
-Chia Seeds
-Blueberries
